International Day of Doubt is an unofficial holiday that can be perceived as an opportunity to reflect on the importance of doubt in a person’s life. Although this day is not recognized as an official holiday, its concept is interesting in that it emphasizes the importance of doubt as a tool for self-development, making informed decisions, and developing critical thinking.

Doubt is a state in which a person experiences uncertainty in their thoughts, decisions, or beliefs. On the one hand, doubt can be perceived as something negative, because it causes anxiety and prevents them from acting. On the other hand, doubt often helps people reconsider their positions, consider the consequences of their actions, and come to more balanced decisions.

How to Celebrate International Day of Doubt
Reflection. Use this day to reflect on important questions that concern you. What decisions or beliefs are you doubting? What could you do to find answers to your questions?

Open Dialogue. Doubt Day can be a good opportunity to hold discussions with friends, colleagues, or family members. Discuss topics you have doubts about and try to understand different points of view.

Search for new information. This day can inspire you to seek out new knowledge. If you have doubts about something, spend time reading books, articles, or watching lectures that will help you understand the topic you are interested in.

Learn to accept doubts. Try to look at doubts not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity for growth. Accept the fact that doubts are a natural part of life, and their presence often leads to better results in the long run.
