The Fuel Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is one of the youngest Logistics services of the Armed Forces of Russia. Its history began on February 17, 1936, when, by Order of the People's Commissar of Defense of the USSR No. 024, the Fuel Supply Directorate was created - the Fuel Service of the USSR Armed Forces.
