The professional holiday - the Day of Court Workers, celebrated in Ukraine annually on December 15, was established by the Decree of the President of the country of December 8, 2000, taking into account the role of the courts in ensuring the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, in establishing the principle of the rule of law and development and strengthening Ukraine as a democratic, legal state.
