The Day of the National Anthem of Ukraine is celebrated annually on March 10. The holiday was established in honor of one of the most important state symbols of Ukraine - the anthem, which plays a key role in maintaining the national spirit and patriotism.

History of the Ukrainian anthem
The modern Ukrainian anthem, "Neither the glory nor the freedom of Ukraine has perished", was written by the poet Pavlo Chubynsky in 1862. Soon, the composer Mykhailo Verbytsky created music for these verses. During the years of Ukraine's independence, the anthem became a symbol of national revival and unity. It was officially approved in 1992, and since then its text and music have been a solemn expression of the strength and will of the Ukrainian people.
