On the Day of the State Automobile Inspectorate, employees receive congratulations from the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ceremonial meetings and awards for the best employees are held. Meetings with service veterans and public events aimed at improving the culture of road traffic are also organized.
Today, road safety in Ukraine is ensured by the Patrol Police Department, which continues the functions of the former State Automobile Inspectorate, but with an emphasis on new working methods and European standards.
