How to celebrate Panic Day
A break from the routine. Use this day to take a break from everyday responsibilities and put aside everything that causes stress.
Expression of feelings. If you need to, you can really “let it out” – for example, by screaming (in private), writing out your worries in a journal, or sharing your worries with loved ones.
Calming practices. Once emotions have found an outlet, many people use relaxation techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, or yoga to find a sense of calm.
Analyzing the causes of anxiety. Panic day can also be an opportunity to understand your fears and the causes of stress, in order to then find solutions or change the approach to eliminating them.
