In March, 1918 across East Transcaucasia the wave of massacre of Azerbaijanians by the Armenian nationalists swept. In memory of it in 1998 in the Azerbaijan Republic the official memorial, Day of genocide of Azerbaijanians was established. He is marked out on March 31.
