Pomodoro Timer quick setup (minutes)

What is the Pomodoro Method?

The Pomodoro Method is a time management technique that allows you to work effectively without overburdening yourself. Pomodoro timer is suitable for both study and work.

How it works

A Pomodoro is a 30-minute time frame - 25 minutes for work and 5 minutes for rest. During work, get rid of everything that distracts you: calls, messages, social networks etc., for all this you will have a five-minute break.

After finishing one Pomodoro, start the next one. After every fourth Pomodoro, take a long break of 15 to 30 minutes.

Use the Pomodoro method every day and you will notice that you have become better focused on tasks and less distracted. The standard method uses intervals of 30 minutes with a short break of 5 and a long break of 15 minutes, but you can set the timer to the time that works best for you.
