Father Damian's Day is a holiday dedicated to the memory of Saint Damian, a Catholic saint who was famous for his charitable work and care for people suffering from leprosy. The day is celebrated on April 15, the feast day of Saint Damian.

Saint Damian was a Catholic priest and missionary born in Belgium in 1840. He was a member of the Capuchin Order of Saints, and devoted much of his life to serving people in exotic and often dangerous environments.
