Elephant Day is a holiday dedicated to one of the most majestic animals on the planet. Its purpose is to draw attention to the problems of elephant conservation, especially in the context of their dwindling population. In some countries, such as Thailand, elephants have special cultural significance. Thailand celebrates National Elephant Day every year on March 13.

Goals and Objectives of the Day
Raising awareness of the problems elephants face, including:

Habitat loss.

Poaching and illegal ivory trade.

Human-elephant conflict.

Advocacy for the protection and restoration of elephant populations.

Supporting efforts to save elephants and preserve their habitat.
