Panic Day is an informal holiday celebrated annually on March 9th, designed to "let off steam" and express pent-up emotions. This unusual day is an opportunity to stop holding back your experiences and give yourself permission to feel panic, thereby relieving emotional tension and gaining the opportunity to look at your worries from the outside.

The main goal of Panic Day is to help people cope with stress and anxiety, allowing them to not hide their fears and worries on this day. This is not a call to actual panic, but a way to release your feelings so that you can move forward the next day with renewed strength and a clear mind. This day reminds us of the importance of emotional release, which is often forgotten in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

How to celebrate Panic Day
A break from the routine. Use this day to take a break from everyday responsibilities and put aside everything that causes stress.

Expression of feelings. If you need to, you can really “let it out” – for example, by screaming (in private), writing out your worries in a journal, or sharing your worries with loved ones.

Calming practices. Once emotions have found an outlet, many people use relaxation techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, or yoga to find a sense of calm.

Analyzing the causes of anxiety. Panic day can also be an opportunity to understand your fears and the causes of stress, in order to then find solutions or change the approach to eliminating them.
